    • Running weekly and monthly operating forums

    • Owning dashboards, KPIs, and performance review

    • Making and co-signing operational decisions

    • Preparing systems for scale and eventual handover

  • Operating systems that function independently of individual roles, with clear governance, cadence, and accountability. Engagements typically conclude with a structured handover and a paid operating playbook to ensure continuity.
